Port Harcourt, Nigeria – April 30, 2025 – Aradel Holdings Plc successfully held its 2025 Annual Supplier Forum, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. With the theme “Unlocking Value through Quality & Technology”, the event brought together strategic partners, suppliers, industry stakeholders, and Aradel leadership to foster a deeper collaboration and promote supply chain excellence.
Now in its second year, the Aradel Supplier Forum serves as a key pillar in the company’s commitment to building resilient, innovative, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships. The event provided a platform for suppliers to showcase their technological advancements, discuss quality standards, and explore opportunities for shared growth. By investing in forums like this, Aradel reaffirms its dedication to transparent, efficient, and future-ready supplier management that adheres to best practices.
In his keynote address, Adegbite Falade, Chief Executive Office/MD, Aradel Holdings Plc. said “At Aradel, we believe that strong supplier partnerships are essential to driving innovation and sustaining operational excellence. Mr. Falade went on to acknowledge the vital contributions of the Company’s suppliers and contractors. “Their innovation, reliability, and alignment with our values have played an essential role in defining our success and helping us maintain high HSE standards, attain key technical milestones, and fulfil our responsibilities to both stakeholders and our partners in our Host Communities”.

The Forum featured keynote presentations, awards, a panel discussion, and breakout sessions covering topics such as digital transformation in procurement, supplier performance improvement, and sustainability in supply chain operations. Frank Uchenna Ndulue – Director, New Business, H-PTP Energy Services Ltd gave an overview of how technology had been used to maximise production and reduce challenges in the operations, while Micheal Ukpong, Managing Director, C2G Consulting Limited, described how digitalisation is changing the energy industry, and commended Aradel for leading the way in digital transformation. He also urged Suppliers to embrace the SAP Ariba system, which allows direct supplier and contract management. Seleke-Ere Owoupele, Manager, Servicom, NCDMB, addressed the topic of Nigerian Content and Value Creation in the Oil & Gas Industry while giving an in-depth overview of the NOGICD Act of 2010.
A panel session on “Unlocking Value Through Strategic Supplier Alliances” explored the critical role of innovation and digitalization, emphasizing collaboration, proactive change management, and the value of partnering with organizations to deliver solutions—while highlighting the need to train frontline staff, who serve as the first point of contact in supplier relationships. Representatives of Aradel Executive Leadership, Temitayo Ogunbanjo, General Manager – Refineries, Olarewaju Daramola, General Manager – Commercial, were joined by representatives of NCDMB and NUPRC, H-PTP Energy Services Ltd and C2G Consulting Limited. The panel was moderated by Theresa Ewuzie, Head, Facilities Management, Aradel Holdings Plc.
